It is with mixed emotions that I am announcing my retirement from active practice, effective August 31, 2021. It has been a great pleasure and honor providing for your healthcare needs for the last 38 years, and it is not easy to give it up.
As you all know, this practice is staffed with the most knowledgeable and caring physicians anywhere. Your medical records are confidential and will remain on file with Neurological Associates of Augusta.
If you choose a physician outside of our clinic, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your medical records.
Again, I will forever cherish the relationships I have established with your family. I sincerely appreciate your trust and loyalty. I wish you continued good health and all the best in the coming years.
